Thank you for asking me per our conversation on Friday afternoon 3pm approx August 7 to send a written confirmation of matters. I do so hereunder.

You asked that a series of dot - points should be the format. This will be done at the end of this email. However some form of introduction and overview to enable easier understanding must be made. Again - hereunder.

May I tell you: the Department of Social Services funds Catholic Care.
The lawyer and General Manager of Catholic Care tried heroically to manipulate the evidence I confronting them with when I interviewed them both on Thursday July 30 in their offices over a long hour.
Your Department has to work out as to whether they continue to fund them given that others would surely have been also so pathetically treated by the actual practitioners!!!
I respectfully ask that you demand our moneys be refunded!
They have not done so.
On Thursday I had left a telephone message with the DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES broadly stating our case against a mediator and our son in law Dr Howard Zeimer with respect to the FAMILY DISPUTE RESOLUTION we reluctantly agreed to take part in.
You were the one to phone me on Friday afternoon. We had a good overview - type conversation, thank you.
Note please CC's first approach to us in their initial letter.
Reluctantly we agreed to partake of the mediation generated by our son in law.
CATHOLIC CARE -Dr Howard Zeimer attended the offices of Catholic Care to seek so -called FDR.
THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE - AND IT IS COMPULSORY TO AT LEAST GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS OF THIS FORM OF MEDIATION PRIOR TO TAKING ACTION THROUGH THE COURTS.
This is the process to enable / vary the Consent Orders that adjudicate as to any contact with the grandchildren.
As we suspected Dr Zeimer wanted to finally eviscerate us by going through what he and C. C has made - become the FDR.
The FDR may in itself be a commendable process but pathetically has been so, so plainly perverted by Dr Zeimer.
And even far worse - inexcusably by the Catholic Care entities Elizabeth Jenkins and Juon Peake.

DR ZEIMER WAS PLAINLY PROTECTED BY ELIZABETH JENKINS BY NEVER HAVING TO MEET MY LOVELY WIFE! TO MERELY EXPLAIN ANYTHING.
He has difficulty confronting my wife Eva: he is too ashamed.

HIS HISTORY OF BAD FAITH
Our reluctance to attend was because the husband of our tragically deceased daughter had a massive demonstrable history of bad -faith actions and causes related thereto in all his sickening dealing with us. Tragically factually provable: the only problem is that there is too much: I have had to be selective and relevant to the current chimera.
And even in the current fraud - there is much I leave out.
But just for the record: LOOK merely the INTERVENTION ORDER his wife and himself took out against us!!!!In 2009 methinks.
Only to see us regain access to our beloved grand children in early 2012 through the Family Court.
I give you permission to acccess our files resident in the recent archives of the Family Court.
It is a tragic read - how the things they got away with could be morally allowed!
Never mind for now. But how Catholic Care dare to act dishonestly is beyond comprehension.

- He wants contact with us suspended till December 2016 till after Dina' batmitzwah in November 2016.
- He mentioned that Dina is suffering from incontinence that he attributes to seeing us.
- Dr Zeimer told you that she was suffering thus before ... but she is now very anxious.
- Dr Zeimer went on to tell you that her anxiousness was manifest days before and for several days after our incipient meeting.

- We are honoured that the school where our daughter was a valued teacher and where her children currently go to school ... have seen fit to honour our daughter Rachel ( Ruchie) Zeimer.
- Dr. Zeimer also told you that Dina has suffered from anxiety as a result of the partially completed mosaic. In spite of it to be honouring her mother.
- Dr. Zeimer also told you that Dina has suffered from anxiety on the days prior to her seeing us and for several days thereafter.
- AND THAT THE MOZAIC HAS MADE IT WORSE. So you told us.
- Dr Zeimer also conveyed to you that he has had medical / psychological advice along the above / attesting to the above being caused by our wonderful grandchild's monthly visits to us.
- Dr Zeimer declined too give us any further information. Nor the identity of said psychologists: it is presumed that there may be two of them.
- It is however somehow presumed that the entities are not the entities who contributed to his IVO he issued against us around 2009 ??? Which was overturned by us being granted access to the children three years ago.
- Dr. Zeimer said to you that it will be OK for us to see the children at public events at the children's school.
- Arising from that, I asked Dr Zeimer to release the MARCH 2012 document he or his solicitor sent to the children's school advising the school that we are not allowed to go to the school premises. The school read us the document: we were so advised. Dr Zeimer later told us on July 7 that the document is ''privileged'' He refused to release it nor allow the school to release it. Nor did he claim that our visits to the school in any way breached our agreement of FEB 2012. NOR did he comment on it further than above. Kindly confirm that this too was discussed. [in substantially greater length.]
- DR ZEIMER ALSO TOLD YOU: that we are not allowed to give birthday presents to the children.
- He said that he will pass these presents on to the children if they are given to him. He insists that there be be no direct contact between grandparents and our grandchildren via these presents or any other....
- Dr. Zeimer advised you that our grandson Reuvi will write to us - on his own terms.I am not sure what this means ......
- Dr Zeimer asked you to convey to us that Dina will also write to us: ostensively about our estrangement to be.
- I note for the record that you, Elizabeth decided on your own self - claimed initiative that Dr Howard Zeimer and ourselves would not meet. these were your words.
