I now list the various
crimes and misdemeanors of Catholic Care and our [former?] son in law Howard
Zeimer in his internecine denial of our access to our loving
grandchildren.
Zeimer was the husband of our dead daughter;
father of our beloved grandchildren. He amongst things soon took an IVO against
my wife and myself....
Zeimer's solicitors Gadens and The
Legal Services Commission [who also assumed that they could get away with 'it']
will surely await
another submission to the Commonwealth Attorney General. Matters germaine to
same are mentioned almost en passant simply because the relevance
overlaps.
What a boy's club syndrome Gadens and the LSC
enjoyed! I still cannot believe there are such sickening conspiracies....’Heads
must roll.’

Herein I essentially provide only so - called 'dot
– points' requested of me by the Ethan, of the DSS, relating to the Catholic

FALSE allegations of distress we caused to the children when it is the other way: see aaaa 2-5 and espec 5 – which mentions mosaics. see bbbb1,2 IGNORED BY JENKINS WHEN SHE HAD A DUTY TO REPORT A+BUSE OF THE CHILDREN BY THEIR PARENTS – AND THE SAME FOR ALL THE BELOW!!!

Zeimer’s previous false medical claims were debunked by the Courts to not have merit., by the way.

FRAUD BY ZEIMER IN NOT KEEPING TO PREV COURT ORDERS AND 2012 TAMPERING WITH PAPERS . NEITHER OF THESE WERE NOT DEEMED NEEDING OF COMMENTARY BY JENKINS AND HER PARTNER IN CRIME: INDEED SHE PROTECTED ZEIMER BY SAYING THAT THE PAPERS HE HAS REFUSED TO ALLOW THE SCHOOL TO PASS ON – THOUGH FRAUDULENT – ARE ‘’PRIVILEGED” This is criminal conspiracy!!! see aaaa 14,15,

AND ALMOST THE WORST: Jenkins gave Zeimer licence – on her ‘’own initiative’’ to not need to see us .... having refused to explain why SHE took this unilateral ‘decision’ to ensure ZEIMER COULD CONTINUE DOING WHAT HE HAD ALWAYS DONE. TO NOT BE HELD TO ACCOUNT FOR MEGA EVIL ABOVE AND MORE!! see aaaaa 20 and much more... bbbb 9 –13

Zeimer has been allowed to act in unilaterally eviscerating us in acting in contravention of current court orders as he so declared to Jenkins. AND JENKINS FORMALLY ALLOWED THIS!

AND ZEIMER CONTINUES TO ACT IN CONTRAVENTION OF COURT ORDERS: We have not seen any indication that Zeimer has attempted to lodge papers which might be called VARIATION OF COURT ORDERS. Indeed I suspect he has been leaked my papers / communications with CC!!! J’accuse!

HE REMAINS IN SEVERE DEFAULT OF NOT ONLY FLOUTING COURT ORDERS – BUT SETTING OUT TO DELIBERATELY DO SO!!

I wounder whether Jenkins papers will so disclose. Surly they have destryed vital papers- see other notes to CC
It should be appreciated that there will be a final list that attempts to
didactically continue this list – and to incorporate what those intrusted to
review what ELIZABETH JENKINS AND JUON PEAKE HAD DONE!
I leave this for now – I am exhausted from all the preparatory work. Am
posting to you so you can possibly get your mind around our
tragedy.
Just one thing Ethan: tell me how this series of outrages could dare to
be done.Why?
Do you want me to send you papers relating to Zeimer / his solicitor
Gadens and the LSC?
