Hope you will be able to find time to [reasonably soon] send documents for
appraisal as discussed extensively on Friday 21 August.
A few minutes later I lost all my emails: but now the data has been been
more or less restored.
Earlier I had minor problems as a result.
Please note that our son in law Dr Howard Zeimer has had a Certificate
given to him by Catholic Care – very early in August.
He was logically obliged to take action in the Family Court using said
Certificate. He plainly, desperately wanted to be rid of us and needed
the document which technically allowed him to take legal action.
It is all so indicative that CATHOLIC CARE HAS LEAKED MATERIAL TO
HIM.
Because manifestly he has been warned that he has massive problems.
With due consideration to all the illegalities and gross improprieties he
and Catholic Care have managed between them, the one that needs to be put to the
test is how the duopoly Z & CC created a complete chimera of the law in
unilaterally **** [or bilaterally ] in deciding that they do not need to follow
the strictures of the Family Law!
The arrogance in acting deliberately illegally and thinking they will not
be held to account astonishes.
