The Legal Services Commission
It has
to be noted that the Attorney General’s Department and the Family Court
Registrar will surely investigate matters material to the last 2 entities. And
these institutions may need to ask Dr Zeimer questions as
well.
Of most importance I
have realized is the trauma Zeimer and wife are causing to our
grandchildren.
THIS TRAUMA HAS TO
STOP!
I have only ideas as to
what it must be like having neurotic / narcissistic parents who habitually lie
to their children – and for the children to know this.
Again – sadly – I have
only recently come around to realising how serious this must be for the children
to cope with parents they should respect!
I ask you to ensure
that appropriate steps are taken to protect the children – particularly Dina.
She is only 11 years old.
And of course I would
like to think that 15 year – old Reuvi can better take care of himself this may
not be so: See Heather Bernsteins Affidavit – to be sent
soon.
It will come to pass
that as a logical corollary of what is surely going to happen, Zeimer and muse
will have to be told to cease and desist from what evil they have been
doing.
To wit – may I be so
arrogant to pre - empt that we will have more flexible access to our beloved
grandchildren.
And Zeimer will have to
find a new language to convey to our grandchildren that the ‘’previous
statements were inoperable’’

matter greatly overlaps the errors of ommission and commission by the quartet of
parties above.
For now it
relates to my complaint against Catholic Care – which presumable as a result of
my herein formalizing it via various documents.
Sadly there is so much material
indicting the parties that I have now provided a series of so – called dot
points.
These dot points below are
based on and warehoused in my storage BLOG bearing similar
numbers.

That Catholic Care conducted an improper, illegal FDR [Family Dispute resolution]

There was a secret reason / illegality / for this fraud. And I accuse their manager and solicitor.

Ditto! This is extended somewhat re the fraud of leaking. TO WIT _ PROOF IS THAT HE HAS NOT DARED TO MOVE TO CHANGE THE COURT DOCUMENTS! Even though this HAD TO BE DONE IN ORDER TO EVISCERATE US!! LEGALLY!!!!!!!!!

Similarly the silly woman tries to hide behind their information sheets; plainly not realizing that I UNDERSTAND THEY have broken these rules therein!

AND IT IS MUCH WORSE THAN THAT: gigantic fraud here:Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) are independent and make assessments based on information presented to them. There is nothing on file that suggests that the FDRPs have been biased or prejudicial to the FDR process.
